Be Kind, Be Curious
Everyone deserves to live an authentic and fulfilled life as we all search for our purpose and make meaning from our varied life experiences. At times, life can leave us feeling overwhelmed where we may question our purpose, feel stuck in the past, feel worried about what the future holds, or disconnected from our personal freedom. Perhaps something else has contributed to you looking to break the pattern you find yourself in today, and counseling can be a place to start doing that!
In my work with clients, I create a non-judgmental and accepting space to help clients raise their self-awareness and reconnect with their personal freedom by living authentically.
My formal education includes:
PhD in Counseling from the University of North Texas, 2020
MS in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University, 2015
BA in Psychology from the University of North Texas, 2012
I wish you well in your search to find a counselor and look forward to the potential to connect with you on this journey! Please let me know if you have any questions about my approach and/or availability.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
